What we collect

When you submit our contact or estimate request form, we collect: name, phone number, email address, the service you are inquiring about, and any message text you provide. We also collect your IP address (used for rate limiting and spam prevention) and standard server access logs.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule your estimate, and follow up on your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email delivery

When you submit a form, we use Resend (resend.com) as our transactional email provider. Resend processes your submission strictly to deliver the email to our inbox and does not retain it.

Hosting & analytics

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamp) for security and performance monitoring. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individual users across sites.

Cookies

We use one essential preference cookie (cookie-consent-v1, stored in localStorage) to remember your cookie banner choice. We do not use marketing cookies, ad-tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained for 90 days in our backup system, after which they are automatically purged. Email correspondence is retained as part of our normal customer-service workflow until a project is complete; you may request deletion at any time.

Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)

You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, or opt out of any communication. To exercise these rights, email info@sanctuaryhomesolutions.com with your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on this site.
