Free estimates & quotes

Estimates provided through this site, by phone, or in person are free and carry no obligation. Written quotes issued after an in-home assessment are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change after that period due to material cost fluctuations.

Service contracts

Any installation, repair, or roofing work performed by Sanctuary Home Solutions is governed by a separate written contract signed by you and an authorized representative of Sanctuary Home Solutions. Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a contractual offer.

Permits & code compliance

All installations are performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and applicable local municipal requirements. Permit fees are included in our quoted price unless otherwise stated. Final inspection coordination is included.

Warranty

Our standard 10-year labor warranty covers defects in installation workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on products (windows, doors, roofing materials) are passed through to you and govern product performance. Warranty terms are detailed in your installation contract.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Sanctuary Home Solutions’ liability for any claim arising out of work performed is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Insurance claim assistance

For storm-damage projects involving insurance claims, we provide documentation and meeting support but do not act as your public adjuster. Final claim decisions rest with your insurer; we are not responsible for claim denials.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by or licensed to Sanctuary Home Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
